By accessing and using CartaSpark's website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers of our organizer products, trays, pen holders, boards, bookends, clips, cosmetic bags, staplers, and punches.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely error-free.

Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings. Product dimensions are approximate.

3. Order Processing

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs delays.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of CartaSpark and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Our product designs are proprietary. Reproduction or imitation of our designs without express written permission is forbidden.

CartaSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Sale items and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Force Majeure

CartaSpark shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet outages.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
